It was vital to generate public interest for the 2015 World Gymnastics Championships, keep everyone up to date with all the latest information and increase ticket sales.
We designed and built a fully responsive, content managed event website, so prospective visitors, coaches, competitors, volunteers and the media could all follow the lead up to the event.
The website brought together:
Glasgow Life set a target of 40,000 ticket sales. By using a combination of rich media, homepage takeovers, social media skins and advertising banners, we increased traffic to the 2015 World Gymnastic Championships website and notified the public about pre-ticket sales and ticket launch dates. With figures showing 80% of tickets sold by the start of October, we surpassed all targets set by Glasgow Life.
